This platform is designed to provide information about commercial mall projects approved under HRERA and facilitate application and booking-related inquiries for Connaught Place, Sector-25, Hisar, Haryana (HRERA-PKL-HSR-729-2025).
All project details, prices, layouts, specifications, unit availability, and timelines are subject to change as per developer discretion or regulatory guidelines without prior notice. Final decisions regarding allotment, possession, and legal documentation lie solely with the developer, M/S Aerens Goldsouk Projects (Hisar) Pvt Ltd.
Booking is considered valid only after submission of the duly filled application form, KYC documents, and the applicable registration amount of ₹21,000. The company reserves the right to reject incomplete or unverifiable applications.
