Refund Timeline:

For all unsuccessful or cancelled applications, refunds will be initiated within 15–30 business days from the date of cancellation or rejection confirmation, after the allotment process scheduled on 25 April 2026.

Refund Method:

All refunds will be processed directly to the same bank account or payment source used during the initial transaction. Requests for transfers to third-party accounts will not be accepted.

100% Refund Assurance:

If allotment is not confirmed by the developer, M/S Aerens Goldsouk Projects (Hisar) Pvt Ltd, or if the application is rejected, the full registration amount of ₹21,000 will be refunded without any deduction.
